ALERT: Scheduled Maintenance – Client area will be unavailable from 9AM – 9:30AM AEST Saturday 31 August 2024

On Saturday 31 August 2024, 9AM – 9:30AM AEST ( 7AM – 7:30AM AWST,  8:30AM – 9AM ACST) the Client Login area will undergo scheduled maintenance.

This means clients will not be able to log in to client accounts for approximately 30 minutes. We appreciate your patience and understanding and apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.

Pacific’s 2024 Public Holiday closures 

Pacific Transcription’s head office in Brisbane will be closed for the following public holidays:

• Easter Friday 29 March,
• Easter Monday 1 April,
• ANZAC Day Thursday 25 April, and
• Labour Day Monday 6 May.

This may mean delays in responding to queries, processing files, and requests.  If you have urgent work please contact the Enquiries Team immediately on 1300 662 173 to discuss your transcription requirements over this period.

Public Holiday Closure – Australia Day (Australia-wide)

The Pacific Transcription office will be closed on Friday 26 January 2024 for the Australia Day public holiday (Australia-wide).

If you require work to be completed during this time please contact us in advance by phoning 1300 662 173, or emailing our Operations Team, to make alternative arrangements.

We are closed from Monday 25 December 2023 and will reopen Tuesday 2 January 2024. Please note: We will not be monitoring emails or processing files during this time.
