We’ve made some changes and streamlined the process, making purchasing prepaid transcription easier than ever.
When researchers and academics first become aware that the option of prepaid transcription is available to them, it is often under circumstances which are controlled by tight timelines and fastidious finance departments demanding imminent acquittal of soon-to-be expiring grants.
It’s not necessarily the best time to be making swift decisions, as we know that research simply cannot be rushed; however, time ticks along and expiry dates loom large.

The Prepaid Transcription Process
The process is simple. Email Pacific’s Accounts Team with the dollar amount you’d like to use. Pacific’s Accounts Team will email you with an invoice for same. Simply pay the invoice, and we’ll retain that amount as prepaid transcription for a maximum of two years.
When you’re ready to use your prepaid transcription, just upload your files for transcription. We’ll deduct the cost of the transcription from your prepaid transcription balance, and issue you with an invoice with the updated prepaid amount total.
That way you can keep track of your prepaid transcription balance during your research project.
If you find that you’ve reached the end of your research project and there are still funds available in prepaid transcription, simply email our Accounts Team at accounts@pacifictranscription.com.au for a refund. Prepaid transcription expires two years from the date of initial purchase.
