E-mail operations@pacifictranscription.com.au with your specific academic transcription requirements.
You are notified by email that your completed transcripts are ready for download. Your audio/video files are then automatically deleted from your account.
We send you an itemised invoice soon after completion of the transcript, or on a fortnightly basis for ongoing work.
For security and confidentiality purposes, your transcripts are deleted from your account after 90 days. Note: If you require your transcripts deleted sooner or purged from all instances (main server, secure backup area) please contact us to arrange.
