Where a booked event that is up to one day in duration is cancelled, the minimum attendance fee will be charged where cancellation is made less than two [2] business days before the event.
Where a booked event that runs for more than one day in duration is cancelled, the minimum attendance fee will be charged where the cancellation is made less than five [5] business days before the event.
