This direct dictation solution eliminates the upfront costs of purchasing a digital recorder. You can dictate from anywhere with your smartphone and installed Fluency app.

We have partnered with Dictate+, a dictation app for Apple iOS devices. Dictate+ gives our clients who use Apple mobile devices access to a streamlined dictation-to-transcription process.

With Dictate+ it is not necessary to download your files to a computer to later manually upload them to your Pacific Transcription account. You do not need to have or use a dictaphone and you can easily dictate on the go, while out of office. You do not even have to e-mail anyone. The process is simple, automated and all it takes is a simple press of a button once you are set-up.

All you need is an iPhone with Dictate+ dictation app and a Pacific Transcription account. It is that simple.

1. Purchase the app from the Apple App Store.
2. Register for a Pacific Transcription account (if you are not an existing Pacific Transcription client).
3. Contact us and request a copy of our Dictate+ Set Up Instructions. We’ll send you easy instructions for linking the app to your secure client account. Alternatively, download the Dictate+ Set Up Instructions from the Brochures – Guides & Tips section on our website.
4. Start dictating!
5. Once you are finished, click the send button and your files will be automatically uploaded directly to your secure Pacific Transcription client account.

Remember, you must first set up a client account with Pacific Transcription to get your username and password. You will also need to confirm your dictation requirements with us before setting up your Dictate+ app for direct upload to Pacific Transcription.
