Our legal transcription services are compatible with many in-house systems including Quikscribe and Winscribe PC-based dictation solutions, together with Olympus and Philips handheld recorders.

Pacific Transcription has partnered with 3M M*Modal to offer an enhanced dictation experience. The cornerstone of this dictation option is a dictation app called Fluency Mobile app.

The Fluency Mobile app is simple and straightforward to use. This is a free app – there is no cost to you. You can track the progress of your dictations and download your completed letters at: https://amb.mmodal.com.au.

The process: We create an account for you and provide you with Fluency Mobile app installation instructions and instructions on how to access your completed letters.

It’s easy.

1. Using Google Chrome, enter the following: https://www.pacifictranscription.com.au
2. Click on the 3 dots at the top right of your screen and select ‘Add to Home Screen’. This will create a shortcut app on your mobile’s home screen.
3. Arrange your Voice Recorder App and the Pacific shortcut beside each other on your mobile.
4. Using your phone record your audio file(s) via your recorder app, click on the Pacific app, and enter your username and password.
5. Select upload new audio.
6. Scroll down to select files, then files.
7. Click ‘audio’ (options are images, audio, videos etc).
8. Upload.

Pacific then types your dictations and returns the completed transcripts to your secure Pacific online account, ready for download.
