Prepaid Transcription Options

Make your life a little simpler with Pacific Transcription’s prepaid transcription service.

Pacific Transcription offers a prepaid transcription service so you can have peace of mind that your future research interviews and transcription requirements are covered.

Once you have purchased a block of prepaid transcription, Pacific Transcription will issue you a closed invoice for the same, for your records.  We will email you details of your credit balance, as your work is completed.

How to Estimate Transcription Costs?

If you are an existing academic client, please create a quote using our client quote calculator tool located in your secure client login, to assist in estimating the amount of prepayment required. You can use this quote, which estimates the cost of your transcription batch when speaking with your Accounts department about the grant or funding allocation.

Alternatively, please contact us and request a copy of our rate sheet for pricing and to assist in making an estimate of transcription costs.

Once you have calculated how much prepaid transcription you require, contact our Accounts Team, who will issue you with an invoice for the amount requested, for payment. Once the invoice has been paid and transcription has commenced our Accounts Team will email you details of your credit balance.

As the credit is used and each transcription batch is processed, our Accounts Team will keep you informed of the amount remaining.

Please note that prepaid credit must be used within 2 years of the purchase date.

Before purchasing prepaid transcription you must already have a secure online account with Pacific Transcription. When placing your order for prepaid transcription you must also enter your secure online account unique username in the address field, along with your address, for invoicing purposes.
