Once you have purchased a block of prepaid transcription, Pacific Transcription will issue you a closed invoice for same, for your records.  We will email you details of your credit balance, as your work is completed.

How to Estimate Transcription Costs?

If you are an existing research client you can use the client quote calculator, located in your secure Pacific login area, to estimate the quantity of your transcription requirements.

Alternatively, please request our rate sheet for pricing and to assist in making an estimate of transcription costs.

Please note that you must already have a secure online account with Pacific Transcription. When placing your order for prepaid transcription please enter your account username in the address field, along with your address, for invoicing purposes.
